equipment did not work entirely as it should; engine died on any incline; This business did make if right and refunded half of the rental fee and explained that it was a safety feature, and that there was a work-around. It was a slight incline and only happened in one direction, however. Smooth and convenient pickup and return.

I've rented a few things from this store over the years. They have consistently been the friendliest and most helpful bunch I've ever dealt with. They are focused on getting you the right equipment for the job and making sure you are getting the job done.

I had a small issue with the latest machine I rented, they were very helpful to troubleshoot and ultimately swapped it out when I couldnt get the original to work. They had zero hesitation in getting me swapped out and back on the road to finish the job. Exceptional customer service from every single employee I spoke to.

Patrick has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and has wonderful customer service skills. We will definitely be using Sunbelt again in the near future! Morton’s is one of my favorite small businesses in the area. They take extremely good care of its customers. I do not own a large landscaping company, nor do a drop tens of thousands of dollars here. However, the folks here still recognize the importance of customer service and word-of-mouth advertising. Jack, Charles, and Leo are first-class people and have always taken good care of me anytime I’ve needed a new piece of equipment or needed to get a piece serviced. I know I can always count on them to get it right the first time and treat me more than fair. I would never recommend anyone go anywhere else for their lawn equipment. These folks are the best in town.

I have been shopping for a new zero turn mower and have gone several distributors in the area and was quite frustrated until I stopped in at Morton’s. I met David Fischer and he gave me his undivided attention and thoroughly uxplained their products. He asked me many questions about my yard and what I mowed with previously and steamed me towards the best machine for my yard. I will be purchasing a mower from Morton’s and customer for life.

We contacted a sales rep the night before our visit about a used tractor they had online and confirmed it was still available. We arrived the next morning, ready to buy the machine and it was out on demo. We were slightly upset about the situation, but not discouraged. We began to inquire about their used machines and the sales rep seemed distracted and was not at all interested in selling us a tractor. An hour later we left Dickinson's as owners of a L3301. I'd rather drive hours away than to do business with Greenline if ever needed, but found great customer service by another local business, plus they gave my wife and I hats. My friend that referred us to Greenline was slightly upset that he didn't get a John Deere hat when he purchased his tractor from them.

This place is amazing. Really good spot to get your power equipment. I bought all my lawn gear last year and am adding accessories this year and these people have been just great to work with. Recently scheduled my winter service and had no problem with them adding it to the schedule and making the process seamless.

I have visited this site one, on and off for the last three lawn seasons. I reside in Stafford, so this location is near my home. The customer service I have received from a gentleman named TJ was great, and also from another gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) was also top-notch. However, Tim’s customer service is horrible. When I deal with Tim, he speaks to me in a condescending tone. I am not a business owner, nor am I an Agronomist. I’m just a homeowner with a little knowledge about soil management and lawn care. Whenever Tim helps me and I “attempt” to ask about a product for purchase, Tim will counter my question or request with a flurry of questions such as, “what are you going to use the product on?”, or “what is your PH?”, or “You need to figure out what is wrong with…..before you apply…..” He speaks to me as if I have no clue as to why I’m in there, and that I should go and purchase my fertilizer from the garden center at HD or Lowe’s. I don’t get this treatment from any other person at that Site One location, or any other Site one I have visited. That being said, and because of Tim’s subpar customer service, Site One of Fredericksburg will never see me again.
