We are a lifetime elite member of Marriott Hotel. Recently, we came back from overseas and are staying in this hotel based on our past experience. Because of the recent changes with the pandemic,  some of the changes are understandable. For example, the price is more expensive than before and there are fewer staff members, but other changes are hard to appreciate.  In the past, whenever we requested, disposable slippers, were provided; a variety of drinks, such as green tea, chamomile tea and hot chocolate werenavailable, but no more. Breakfast is worse, with very limited selections.  For the past two days, the only difference was pork sausage patties and chicken sausage patties. We are here for a long term stay, and it will be tough to face the same items everyday.  And I considering switch to another hotel after staying here for two weeks.

Comfortable place to stay. We like it and often stay here when we are in the area because ine can walk to mall, movie theater, pub and restaurants. Very convenient!

We waited and waited to be able to go to one of our favorite places for over a year! We were so let down. This place has lost so much. The furniture looks like it was given away like free to good home at the end of a driveway. Water damage in the window. A smell of a forgotten time. The staff or I would say a lack of. You could see no support at all. There was barely any alcohol and if any was needed the bartender had to get it like vodka! The bartender was trying to make the most of it but he had limited knowledge to basic drinks, at one point I had to look up drinks we asked for. We spent over 150.00 but feel our money will be better spent at another place like park lane. I think one of the employees said the manager was being replaced and he was going back to Florida. I hope I hear things get changed around don’t need another building sitting empty in this town.

Lines were long, service great when you finally get their. They are severely understaffed, and could maintain the condiment stand nor the trash cans in the bathrooms. We enjoyed the movie and the popcorn was fresh and hot.

There was a lack of employees. We had to use the kiosks to get movie tickets, but 3 of them weren't working, and there was no one to tell or assist. I spent 5-8 minutes just trying to get a ticket. The 3rd kiosk that I tried was the one that actually worked. Definitely annoying.

We got there 10 min before they closed and they were very helpful and patient, they didn't even seem aggravated we came right at closing and didn't try to rush us at all. Very courteous and the store was neat and organized as well

Absolutely horrific.
Premier Optometric Services very rudely refused to see my mother because she has Aphasia – which is a speech disability. She came fully equipped with visual aides to make the process more simple.

It would seem that they do not feel that people with speech disabilities are worthy of having corrected vision. If you are a disabled patient, they have no objection to completely throwing the Americans with Disabilities Act straight out of the window.

Absolutely disgusted with their complete lack of empathy, patience, understanding or regard for the law with a disabled patient.

Please consider going absolutely anywhere else for your eye related needs.

The doctor was very hostile and verbally aggressive. When I said I didn’t have a mask after being asked to put one on. They did not have masks to provide and I quote from the doctor. “It’s not my job to provide masks when you can go to the business next door and get them”.

They have horrible customer service. I have NEVER paid this much for my contacts. I went in to ask if they could re-examine or give me a different/cheaper prescription and the receptionist only answered no. I even offered to pay. No explanation. I am pretty sure he completely messed up my exam, so now i am stuck with contacts that aren't right for me. Never going back

Probably my favorite store in the mall. The blonde manager guy is the friendliest and his staff emulates his energy. Super cool store. Authentic people.

I occasionally visit for old times sake, but it just doesn't seem to be the store it once was. However, now I am retired and my wardrobe is more casual, so I mainly shop for accessories, fragrances and purses. The shoe department is lacking. I loved the former Leggett's.

I went here on Monday 2 Dec at 10:50 am and they weren't open. 11:10 am and still not open. The hours listed are incorrect.

When I called, there was no answer.

Update:
Apparently there was a some issue. The hours are correct. Edited from 3 star to 4.

octavia (i’m sorry if i spelled it wrong) was incredible. there were people asking me if i needed help but she came up to us multiple times when she noticed us growing frustrated. she helped me find the appropriate size and informed me that the store has few of that size but continued to help me to lol the best of her ability. 20 minutes later she came up to me with the perfect pair and the perfect size! i wish i encountered more people like her in retail stores, she was genuine, helpful, extremely nice, and patient. you guys are doing a great job, i just wish you guys would sock up on my size so i can come back!! lol

I had my jewelry appraised. It was an easy process with an experienced appraiser, but a little pricier than I anticipated. I like the employees, they are attentive and helpful. They also do a good job cleaning and checking jewelry for loose stones.

I have referred many people to Wiggle Worms. My kids are older now but I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment. Even during the pandemic WW was advocating to be open to help essential workers with their childcare needs. All the while creating fabulous kits to keep kids engaged while at home. I highly recommend Wiggle Worms for childcare and educational instruction 🥰

Today was my first time taking/ attending Wiggle work with my 16 month old son for the dance and movement class. The staff was absolutely amazing and so kind. My son had an awesome time and really loved the interactive music with the teacher. We will definitely be coming back for more music and movement. Thank you to the staff for making my son's first day a great day.

Dr. Rose is the most helpful and knowledgeable eye doctor I have ever seen. She truly cares about her patients and takes her time to help you. The ladies at the front desk are AMAZING. They go above and beyond. I recommend this facility to everyone I know.

My family and I have been coming to this clinic for years. I love them. Be prepared to wait and because of that it doesn’t make you feel like you are being rushed when seen by Dr. Chan. He is very thorough and professional. The front desk ladies are very helpful and pleasant. Be polite and you get politeness back.

I was very pleased with Dr. Chan. He took his time to explain everything. I was glad I had the retinal scan. It gave a better look at my eye health and things I need to look out for. Every one was very friendly. I will definitely be going back next year.

Although their store is ALWAYS spotless, I find almost all of their clothing to be tacky. The sales people that I've encountered turn their noses up at me. I'm assuming it's because I'm in simple jean shorts and solid tank top….don't have my stomach exposed or a high dollar manicure. 🤷‍♀️ Just my opinion, right?!😏

Had a great dinner here. Our sever was amazing, wish I could remember his name. We asked about the desserts and if they contained nuts due to an allergy. Both our server and manger were quick to give us a respond. Everything from the food to our service was amazing. Can’t wait to go back soon

We used to love Firebirds but their curbside service (or lack thereof) has made me change my review.

Twice now we have ordered ahead and the restaurant has underdelivered by 20+ minute waits. Tonight, we waited for 20 minutes past the approximate pickup time, with kids, and they said they were waiting on a child's hamburger… really? How long could a burger with no bun or toppings really take? While they did provide a full refund which was great, the staff was not apologetic at all and the manager never once apologized for the situation.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a nice gentlemen who promptly led us to a table and allowed us take a look at the menu. He then was quickly ready to take our order and it took not even 10 minutes for us to get our ribs. You could tell by the taste that they were freshly cooked on a grill. Throughout out our entire time there our server always made sure we were fine and our drinks were filled. And the prices aren’t even high. I would definitely recommend.

Great Costco! Generally very helpful. Decent selection of wine and beer. Great variety of products.

Taking off one star because of a manager that was rude for what I would consider no reason. I was asking for change on a certificate redemption and stated large bills would be preferred if he had them. His response “you’ll get what we have!” And roles his eyes at me. Sort of uncalled for given the circumstances. Literally a 1 min interaction but I’ll never forget how aggravated he seemed.

Get lucky by shopping mid-week and midday to avoid crowds. I'm a fan of their bakery section for group sized cakes and pies. Kirkland brand products are an affordable alternative to some name brands(particularly snacks). Its hard not to spend big dollars when shopping here and bring your wagon or truck.

Nice place, convince is key on business and this is a great place to stay…use to be now terrible selling drugs in parking lot…people now living in hotel…was asked if i needed company by a middle aged woman….never again…..the room was trashy not cleaned well even left someones socks hanging on light fixture in bathroom…smh awful place be warned

Thr whole hotel smells like cigarettes and something stale. We ordered a non smoking room and the powerful cogarette smell was from the walls to the blankets.. service wasn't great at all. Bathtubs were dirty. I would not recommend this place. Can easily say I will never be coming here again.

I stay here quite often and I can personally say I like it. The mattresses are very comfortable, the pillows are always fluffy and full, and the bedding is always clean. I have had a few times where I go to put drinks in the refrigerator and there will be stuff from the person before me which is a little concerning because I expect them to clean the refrigerator with the room but it’s not that big of a deal to me. There is sometimes weird smells in the room but it’s never been that bad to were I needed to complain or anything. The one major bad thing about this hotel is the $50 fee you have to pay to check in they do give it back but it takes about a week for it to come back into my account which sucks when I really need that money. Other than that I have no complaints about this place.

It was a fun experience at Lens Crafters. This is my second time getting glasses through this company and I don’t regret it at all!!!!
The person who helped took his time and explained things when I had questions. The consultants were very helpful and honest in deciding my final fit of glasses. Overall it was a very fun experience!!!
