Had an international shipment for delivery today, but with the weather flood warning around my area the driver was not able to get through due to some roads
being closed but my driver made a second attempted later on (roads were open by then) and was able to make the delivery. Just the fact he went out of his way to make sure our package was delivered made my day. Incredible grateful for this mans service. Always smiling. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but I hope he gets the credit he deserves.

Dr Jewett and staff are fantastic. She is very down to earth and has helped me through one of the roughest patches with our best friend. There they are very busy and hard to get in I prefer to take my pets to them over many that have come across. It speaks volumes if they are busy and hard to get into. She is a perfect fill in for the vet that I went to for over 30 years where I used to live.

Dr. Jewett and her staff have given my dogs the best care that I could hope for every visit. I've been bringing my pets to her for over 20 years. I can't imagine taking them anywhere else. OVE Hartwood and so do my dogs!!

The director called me to follow up today, acknowledged my concerns and that he “remembers the situation differently”. Everyone has their point of view and I respect that. He was willing to move forward and see about creating a better customer experience but I declined. I appreciate his willingness and openness to have a candid conversation about the experience but at this time, it's not place I would feel comfortable with.

My 5 year old started here this summer. To see where he started to where he is now is amazing. He looks forward to doing chores, to help his friends, and encourage his family members all because he enjoys their reward system. When he wears his uniform he loves explaining what his blue tips means, his blue star, his red stars and his goals stars. all things that where enhanced with MT Kim. We enjoy watching the Lil tigers do their best and achieve their goal. The patience and kindness the instructors show is encouraging. I would recommend you take the time and do a two weeks and see if it’s a right fit for you and your family. We did a two weeks and 4 months later we are still in love.

This will be my second review of this facility. My son started off doing a couple days a week to now attending before/after care and practicing taeknowdo every day. He enjoys it so much. He is learning about self control, discipline, as well as self-esteem. The changes I have seen in just the last year is amazing. He realizes what he exhibits in taeknowdo also must be exhibited at school as well. Thank you Master Danny and your entire instructors staff for all you do.

I’ve been living here for the past six years and I love it. Maintenance is great and timely, Anthony is great and very helpful. They always keep the landscape up in the complex. It’s quiet and peaceful. The renovations are really nice. I truly enjoy living here and I would recommend to anyone.

Called today to check for availability on a two bedroom two bath someone deliberately picked up the phone and hung it up! Glad I seen the true colors from the jump please run!If they can treat their applicants like that I know they can’t treat their tenants any better!

Magnolia Falls has been great since we moved in. The management is on top of everything and maintenance is prompt to repair orders. This company cares for their tenants. I rarely do reviews but I thought I would do this one because this complex has a bad reputation before it became magnolia falls. This is under new management apparently and this company is great to their tenants.
